Since 1939 the Hi-Way Bakery has been making fresh donuts, pastries, and cakes 7 days a week. Every morning, John Koester, with the help of his employees make hundreds of fresh baked goods that are ready for his customers when the doors open at 4:30 a.m. Using much of the original equipment, high quality ingredients and his secret recipes the bakery produces the best donuts you will ever have.
